Yes, you can return not-commissioned artworks. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the artwork within 1 month after you received it. As long as the piece is not damaged, we will refund your money, minus shipping costs.

No, commissioned artworks are not eligible for return. However, before the commissioned piece is shipped, you will be asked to give a final approval base on a photo of the commissioned artwork. Once you confirm the order and it is shipped, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Your artwork is 100% insured. In case it gets damaged in transit, we ask that you let us know immediately upon delivery. Please provide photos of the packaging and the piece. You are eligible for a full refund.
